VALAIR
BREATHABLE. THE INSOLE THAT BREATHES.
Open cell, breathable polyurethane foam with the addition of activated carbon. The comfort and elastic memory of polyurethane is applied to an open cell structure for the best breathability. Valair is available in both thermoformed and rolled insoles, and upon request it can be supplied adhesive or coupled with fabric, cellulose cardboard and other materials.
POLY +
ELASTIC. THE WASHABLE ANTI-SHOCK INSOLE. SHOCK ABSORBER EFFECT.
Unbeatable resistance, extraordinary elastic memory and maximum levels of comfort are the pluses of this one-of-a-kind foam. The great elasticity of Poly+ guarantees a fantastic feeling of comfort right from the start. Unlike other insoles with a memory effect, Poly+ does not crush, but remains active throughout the entire life cycle of the shoe.
NATURNET
NATURAL BREATHABILITY. THE INSOLE FOR AIR CIRCULATION.
Comfort, breathability, naturalness. NaturNet was born from these three requirements, and is one of Valfussbett’s most appreciated patents. The unbeatable comfort of polyurethane is distributed on the innovative honeycomb structure, which guarantees optimal breathability without compromising support. A layer of cork placed over this structure provides maximum comfort to the foot, with the safety of a completely natural material.
DRYGO!
DRYNESS: THE INSOLE THAT ALWAYS KEEPS YOUR FEET DRY.
DRYGO! polyurethane absorbs foot moisture and vaporizes it quickly.
Developed in collaboration with the BASF Group.
Result: dry feet and shoes, bacteria and mold eliminated, bad odors disappeared.
KENAF
NATURALLY THERMOFORMABLE, BREATHABLE OF PLANT ORIGIN.
Composed mainly of fibers obtained from the Kenaf plant, this particular thermoformable insole constitutes an excellent base for a product with extraordinary breathability and thermoregulation characteristics.
